On February 17, 2015, at 10:00 am, under the presidency of the Director of the National Institute for Research in Education, Prof. Dr. Radia Bernaoui, and within the framework of the continuation of the work of the TARBYA-UP Challenge 2025 organizing committee, a meeting of the committee was held at the level of the Institute where a number of organizational points were addressed to ensure the good conduct of the competition.
