Department of Scientific Production in Education and Documentary Fund
The department is in charge of:
Implement the program of themes proposed by the editorial boards for the journals;
Ensure the management and follow-up of the publication of the Institute’s journals, notebooks and books;
Ensure the quality of publications and compliance with control procedures upstream and downstream of the publication process;
To initiate, in liaison with the administrative services, the publication formalities with the printer and to ensure the technical quality of its services by controlling all the stages of printing;
To ensure the elaboration of the “Institute’s mail” and to see to its distribution;
Ensure the follow-up of the techno-pedagogical production in the framework of innovation and integration of information and communication technologies in education;
Ensure the management, development and conservation of the documentary fund and the scientific and technological archives.
