“The Relevance of Technological Tools in Constructing the Teaching–Learning Process – An Analytical Approach toward More Effective Learning”

As part of UNESCO’s contribution program to the activities of Member States for 2024–2025, the National Institute for Research in Education organized a scientific seminar on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, entitled:

The Relevance of Technological Tools in the Teaching–Learning Process – An Analytical Approach toward More Effective Learning,” intended for National Education inspectors.

The seminar aimed to promote the integration of technology in education as a key means to improve pedagogical practices, enhance the quality of education, and raise student achievement.

It also focused on the optimal use of technological tools within educational institutions, fostring digital autonomy and the development of educational content.

The seminar included two scientific presentations:

  • Engineering the Production of Innovative Pedagogical Content for a Sustainable Transformation of Educational Practices
  • Technological tools: Statistical Analysis and Overview of Their Actual Use in Education and Teaching

These presentations highlighted major contemporary trends in educational technology and presented statistics on Internet usage, demonstrating their impact on pedagogical practices and the reality of technology integration in the sector.

Following the presentations, a discussion was opened to participants, followed by a roundtable dedicated to deepening the dialogue on prospects for educational development and exploring practical solutions to improve the level of Algerian schools and strengthen digital transformation.

The seminar provided an opportunity to exchange expertise and showcase experiences that can support pedagogical innovation and enhance the quality of education.
